WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 SADDLE RING CARBINE CHAMBERED IN 44 WCF

Description:
20 inch barrel with full length magazine. Excellent bore that is bright and shiny with strong rifling. Sights include a Nickel Silver pinned blade front and folding ladder rear. Overall metal surfaces appear mostly smooth with several areas of light to moderate pitting scattered here and there. Barrel, magazine and receiver retain about 80-90% deep dark blue finish with vivid case colors on the hammer and lever. There are British proofs on the left of the barrel at the breech and on the receiver. Walnut stocks are excellent showing near all original finish with only light handling marks. Carbine buttplate. Action is crisp and tight. Manufactured in1903. Nice 44 WCF caliber Carbine showing very little use overall.
