Standard 26 inch round barrel chambered in the desirable 38-55 WCF caliber with a bright shiny near excellent bore. Original sights include a German silver blade front and buckhorn rear. Barrel and full length magazine tube retain most all of the original blue. Forend cap has about the same amount of blue. Receiver has about 60% thinning blue with the balance turning a gray/brown patina. Traces of case colors on the hammer and lever. Walnut stocks are in good condition having been lightly sanded and re-oiled. Rifle style buttplate. Crisp action. Should make an excellent shooter. Nice looking Model 1894 that was manufactured in 1911.
