1894 Winchester Saddle Ring Carbine
Description: Sold 1894 Winchester Saddle Ring Carbine manufactured in 1921. 30 W.C.F (30-30) with 20" barrel and full magazine tube. Great markings and great bore. Correct and original front and rear sights. Barrel and magazine tube retain 65-70% original blue with some brown / gray patina mixing in. Receiver retains about 10% of it's original blue with the remainder a gray / brown patina. Both forend and buttstock are in good condition. Both pieces are proud (wood higher than the metal) but they do show the normal handling marks you would expect to see from a gun this old. Correct buttplate. All in all a great used but not abused 1894 Winchester SRC. Must ship to a FFL or Curio and Relics license holder. This firearm as with any other should be checked first by a gunsmith before any attempt is made to fire / operate it. Please feel free to ask questions. SOLD Curio/Relic: Yes |
