Pre 64 Winchester 94 30 WCF Tube Fed Lever 20" Barrel Very Good Bore Made in 1946 C&R
Description: Please see the Pics - The Stock is cracked at the bottom. The Winchester Model 94 is a lever-action rifle chambered in .30-30 Winchester, produced in 1946. This pre-1964 configuration features a 20-inch barrel and a full-length tubular magazine. It has a blued steel finish with a smooth straight-grip wood stock and matching forearm. The rifle includes an adjustable rear sight and a front post sight consistent with the period design. The receiver and lever are of the traditional forged steel type used before production changes in the mid-1960s. The bore condition is described as very good, showing strong rifling and a bright interior. The action operates through the standard top-eject lever mechanism characteristic of early Winchester 94 models. The rifle’s metal surfaces retain a uniform blued appearance, and the wood furniture presents a straight-grain pattern fitted with a Pachmayr hard rubber recoil pad. As a firearm manufactured in 1946, it qualifies for Curio and Relic (C&R) classification. This Model 94 is used and configured with its original 20-inch barrel and full-length magazine tube. It includes the installed Pachmayr recoil pad and factory-style adjustable rear sight. No additional accessories or packaging are listed. Serial number 1357374 corresponds to the 1946 production year, confirming its pre-64 manufacture. The rifle represents the classic Winchester lever-action design from the postwar era, retaining the mechanical layout and materials typical of that production period.
