SPECIAL ORDER DLX WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 RIFLE IN 30 WCF

Description:
Special order deluxe lightweight takedown rifle with 22 inch round rapid taper barrel chambered in 30 WCF caliber with a bright shiny excellent bore. Most all of the original bright thinning barrel blue and half length mag blue remain. Sights include a ramped German silver blade front and a 3-leaf express rear. Receiver and takedown ring also retain about 80% high polish original blue. Good amounts of case color on the hammer and lever. Good fire blue on the loading gate. Crisp action. Finely figured walnut checkered forearm and pistol grip stock retain most of the varnish. Hard rubber grip cap and checkered shotgun buttplate. Out of the first 353,999 Model 1894s produced that the Cody Firearms Museum has the Winchester records for there are only 2,252 that had 22 inch barrels. This is a very attractive special order deluxe Model 1894 rifle that was made in 1907 and would look good in any Winchester collection!
