This Winchester Model 1894 is a .32 W.S. lever action repeating rifle. It has a 26 inch octogon barrel with a full length tube magazine. It is said to be one of the most famous and popular hunting rifles of all time. It is the first rifle to chamber the smokeless powder round. It is the first commerical sporting rifle to sell over 7,000,000 units. Both a classic and a collectable. This rifle is in over all very good condition for it's age. The forearm and buttstock do have multiple handling marks and there is a piece of wood missing right side forearm at the steel cap. The steel has some handling marks and wear. It shows some nice Patina. The pistol grip buttstock wood has a very nice and rich looking pattern.
