26 inch round barrel chambered in the rare 25-35 WCF with full length mag and rifle butt. Bore is good and may clean up to be better. Factory letter states that it was fitted with a Winchester express sporting rear sight. This rear sight has since been replaced with a filler block and a combination front sight and a tang mounted folding peep sight. Most original thinning blue remains on barrel and mag tube. Receiver has strong original blue with scratches and edge wear. Traces case color turning silver on the lever and hammer. Butt plate silver/gray. Oiled wood is in very good condition with a chip out of the right side on the stock. Crisp action. Factory letter included. Less than 10% of the pre-64 Model 1894's were manufactured in this caliber. Good looking lever action Winchester rifle.
