SALE PENDING MR. FRANCIS WA. 3/3126.
Wood is original and seemingly unmodified in any way. Not even drilled for sling swivles. Blue on barrel shows age approprieae modes huntin wear but NOT rusted and NOT pitted.. The underside of the reciver has some browning and blue loss from being carried. The right side of the reciver has had some type of fixture or mount and has left an impression (removed prior to it coming to us and has corresponding screw holes 
Screws are mostly excellent and NOT fiddled with. Has correct original steel butt plate.

Records of dates of manufacture were incomplete during the eara around WW11. This gun by serial # was made between 1943 and 1948....
