Description: ******* Dog days of summer special - Free Shipping!! ******* Winchester Model 1894 rifle in caliber 30 WCF aka 30-30. Special order rifle with 26" part octagon barrel, full magazine and takedown frame. The blued finish, plain walnut stocks, plain trigger, straight grip and crescent-style rifle butt are typical features of the full length rifle. Serial number 880254, made in 1920. Barrel and mag tube are 95% original bright blue. Receiver has flaked and toned, typical of this vintage, with traces of bright blue present and 95% present on the lower tang. Bore is a 9 of 10. Action is smooth with a properly-working half-cock safety. Rear sight and elevator are Winchester. Front sight is Marble #47. Take down is tight with no wobble. Stocks are sound with no splits or cracks, never sanded or refinished, still tight and even with the metal, exhibiting expected nicks and dings from handling and use. Excellent rifle in a scarce configuration. No international sales. Must ship to FFL or C&R license (recent changes in NY State law requires shipment to an FFL only if going to a NY State buyer).
