From my personal collection a nice Winchester SRC. Strong rifiling, wood 98% and bluing 80%. Date of mfg 1923. Rear sight and handgaurd have been replaced with a solid handgaurd and Pacific aperture sight of the period. I've seen pictures of smooth upper handgaurds on '95s fitted with Aperture sights so factory piece ?, I don't know, but certainly lends a clean overall apperience to the carbine. Perhaps for ease of in and out of the saddle scabbard. I've only fired 4 rds from a red/green box of Remington ammunition, the remainder of two boxes comes with the purchase for addt'l S&H.. Overall a very honest 1895 for hunting or collecting. Certified funds or USPS money order only please. FFL/C&R required on this one. $50.00 S&H to the lower 48, others higher.
