Left side of frame engraved with the name of the original owner, John Wilch. Deluxe walnut stock and forend with special order piano finish. All original and very excellent with most of the original blue finish with little sign of use. Stock and forend with fine figure and almost all the high polish factory original piano finish. Perfect working order and very good bore with crisp rifling. John Wilch was a well known western salesman of Stetson hats and other goods who plied his trade in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s in the Northwest travelling the railroads from town to town. Never before on the market and directly from the family it is accompanied by a testimonial and historical monograph of John Wilch. Exceptional history and in top condition.
