Description:
The Winchester 1895 was developed for use with cartridges using Spitzer bullets. The main difference was the box magazine. It has a devoted following, sufficient that Winchester saw fit to contract with companies world-wide to reproduce limited runs of the rifles under contract. They were serialized with a prefix "NF" for New Factory or New firearm to differentiate them from older inventory. They retain the original design to a large extent, varying most obviously with the presence of the tang safety. This one is Like New In Box, ;and looks never fired. .30-06
