Winchester Model 95 30-06 Rifle Special Order
Description: Winchester Model 95 30-06 Rifle serial # 411462 manufactured in 1924 having the standard 24" round barrel with ramped front sight, solid frame, crescent butt. Has special order Lyman No. 4 hunting front sight and correctly marked Climbin' Lyman Model 21 receiver sight marked WR (correct marking for this model). Standard stocks show typical use marks and a repaired chip at upper left of butt by tang, otherwise sound, no extra holes, never sanded or refinished. Fore end has correct schnabel tip with ebony insert. Actioni is tight and strong, feeds, functions and fires properly. Bore is strong, bright with sharp rifling, a 9 of 10. Barrel retains 65% original dulling blue and has a blank in the rear seat after someone removed the rear sight. Nice shooter, hunter and collector Model 95 in a great caliber. No international sales and no sales to California. Requires FFL or C&R for shipping.
