This Winchester Model 43 has all the boxes checked for desired collectability. This rifle is the Deluxe Model with factory checkering, as seen in the photos. This rifle is also factory drilled and tapped for a scope, but shows no evidence of ever having a scope mounted. The front and rear sights are all original including elivator and hood. The magazine is also correct and original with " Model 43 218 BEE" stamped near the base and B on the follower. Screws throughout show no evidence of being removed that we can see. The wood is in excellent condition. While we can not find any noticiable handeling marks with our naked eyes, we still must sell this rifle as used. Our data shows that this rifle was made in 1952
