Description: Ultra rare Pre A Model 52 Sporter 22 LR. S/N 35974 made in 1936. 24" barrel with excellent bore. Incredible condition considering its 86 years showing deep 98% original Blue over most, with more wear to buttplate and some flaking of bottom metal bluing. 97% Varnish with some scattered light handling marks. All original components include proper concave shouldered detachable swivels, correct 5 shot magazine, early full block Lyman F receiver sight with matching component #s, proper gold bead front sight, UNDRILLED receiver, and UNCRACKED rear receiver "L".
