Winchester, Model 52B, Target Rifle, c.1940,  SN: 45813B

Description:
 This early Winchester target rifle remains a classic target rifle. The bore remains excellent, and the action works as new. The bolt is numbered to the rifle and the rear sight is marked “MARBLE-GOSS” & WIN 52B. The front Globe sight has only a Pat. Number but appears to be Marble as well. The original Winchester marked magizine remains with the rifle. The trigger guard shows surface corrosion that can’t be felt, no pitting, an easy re-blue. The front 4 in. of the barrel shows some corrosion, light pitting. The stock is in beautiful condition with only a few modest bruises and handling marks that are to be expected after an 85 year life.  A classic Winchester M-52B Target rifle. Caliber .22 LR with a 24 in. barrel.  SN: 409738.  FFL or C&R REQUIRED

ALL Federal, State, & Local firearms laws will be followed.  I will take NO shortcuts in the process of a legal sale or transfer, so please don’t ask.
SHIPPING: 
Shipments are made via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, Insured, with Signature required. Shipping and Insurance cost for this Long Gun is $60.00.

FIREARMS:
          Modern firearms, post 1898, can only be shipped to a Type 01 Federal Firearms License address.  Curio-Relic firearms, as defined by the BATF list, can usually be shipped to a Type 03 Collectors License address.
A signed valid FFL license copy will be required for shipment to the license address.
GUARANTEE: 
Your complete satisfaction is assured, see objective above.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 3 days of receipt.  Please don’t fire the weapon, safety, function and accuracy are NOT Guaranteed.  Any weapon offered by Beaver Creek Arms is never test fired nor is there any representation that the gun is functional and safe to fire.  These guns are sold as collectors and only represented as used firearms that must be checked by a competent person, observe all the necessary safety precautions prior to attempting to load and fire one of these weapons.
RETURNS:
Returns must be made within 3 days of receipt. They must be received in exactly the same condition with no parts exchanged.  If it has been altered, damaged, or fired, a refund will not be made.  Packing, shipping and insurance cost will not be refunded.  All layaway purchases are returnable for merchandise credit only.
 PAYMENT: 
Bank check, Personal check, and Money Orders are preferred. Visa and MasterCard are accepted with a 4% processing fee. For Visa and MasterCard
 LAYAWAYS: 
A 20% deposit is required.  Balance is due in 30 days. Deposits are non-refundable and are forfeited after 40 days.  Layaway sales are returnable for merchandise credit only.
SALES TAX: 
Pennsylvania state sales tax is 6% for in-state purchases. The payment of other states’ sales tax, if applicable, for shipped items is the buyers’ responsibility.
