Winchester Model 54 Carbine .30 W.C.F.
Description: Here's a very presentable, completely unaltered Winchester 54 Carbine in the scarce .30 W.C.F. (30-30) Caliber. S/N 23xxxA Mfg. 1929! Features a 20" nickel steel barrel with excellent shiny bore and integral front sight post. About 85-90% Blue and Varnish overall with numerous marks and wear to be expected of a nearly 90 year old rifle that has seen much use at all. 100% original in all regards of configuration, components, finishes, barrel channel, etc. The rear receiver bridge has NOT been drilled and the stock has NOT been drilled for swivel studs. While perhaps not an entirely pristine example, this carbine is still in very good shape and remains quite collectable due to the scarce combination of caliber and carbine configuration, especially factoring in it's unaltered state, which in itself has become exceedingly difficult to find amongst 54s of ANY style.
