Outstanding example of a very rare Model 61 Counterbore Shot only 22 LR. S/N 158*** made in 1951. 98-99% condition throughout. 24" barrel starts out as .217 bore diameter until the last 8" which is counterbored to .265.
Like all RARE Winchesters, there are plenty of fakes out there but they are easy to spot if you know what to look for. Take a very close look at the detailed pictures...This rifle is 100% guaranteed to be original Winchester factory issue and about as good as you'll find.
