Winchester Model 61 Pre-War First Year 3 Digit S/N S,L, LRifle

Description:
(Sale Pending) Winchester model 61 pump rifle in 22 S,L, LRifle caliber. This rifle was probably made in the very first month of production. Appears all original with no modifications. One exceptions is some pitting on the bottom front of receiver as well shown in the pictures. My guess would be the bloody hand touching years ago. It appears someone long ago added a bit of cold blue to protect it. Other than that the bluing is very nice and clean as is the wood with no cracks, gouges or splits. True piece of history. Please add $45 for shipping and insurance.
