The bluing on this rifle is in used but good condition and the action is smooth and works as it should.
Very nice wood stock and ribbed forend in nice condition as well.
The bore is clean. This rifle is chambered in .22 short, long or long rifle, which makes it a great plinker with the affordability and availibility of rimfire ammunition in today's market.
The tubular magazine will hold 14 .22 Long Rifle cartridges, 16 Longs and 20 Shorts.
This would be a great addition to any Winchester collection, or for that new shooter to learn to shoot on a classic!
The Model 62A was the last version of the Model 62 series. It was in production from 1939 to 1943 and then again from 1946 to 1958, after the culmination of World War II.
This gun was manufactured in 1941. This firearm was imported, and bears a discreet import mark.
