Description:
Up for your consideration is a beautiful 1957 WInchester model 63 semi-auto rifle. Chambered in .22lr with a 23in bbl this gun has survived the many years since its manufacture very well with only the slighest imperfections if any. The action of this rifle is very unique as it feeds from a tube loaded throught the side of the stock. The most unique aspect is the charging rod for the bolt is located on the fore end. As stated before this gun is in very good almost like new condition. With no cracks, splits, and only a couple of slight imperfections on the stock. The fore end is mint with no imperfections and the blue on the reciever is mint with bright reflective blue finish, as well as a bright blue finish all the way down to the muzzle. Action works perfectly and seems to have leftover factory grease on the bolt and based on the condition of the bore the gun mechanically looks unfired and just did a lot of sitting in someone's safe for many years. These guns are very sought after and being a Pre-64 it adds a little more rarity to these beautiful and unique rifles.
