Description:
This is a model 63 first year carbine 22 in great shape, there is one spot on the stock that someone put a pin in. Looks like hit the heel and cracked it very good job. I would say the blueing Is 75% to 85% Winchester never threw away any of their parts when they changed The model 1903 to 63. They put the stock on this gun since it is a first year. You can see that the wood all fits perfect this is quite a collector Gun in the George Madi's book it explains how they used their leftover parts. The gentleman I bought this off of probably 30 years ago said he hunted squirrels with it would make a nice collector gun for your collection.
