EXTRAORDINARY 1942 WINCHESTER MODEL 70 CARBINE .35 REMINGTON
Description: I AM OPEN TO ALL OFFERS ON ANYTHING I AM SELLING. CALL OR TEXT ME TODAY AT 304-550-2255 AND LETS MAKE A DEAL! -Nick Dalporto Extremely scarce 1942 Winchester Model 70 Carbine chambered in .35 Remington. This was a VERY scarce factory offering with only 404 Model 70's produced in the caliber in total, and much less than that were carbines. As far as my eyes can tell, the gun is factory original. With matching caliber and date on bottom of barrel that corresponds with serial number on receiver, and matching number on bolt. The rear bridge has been drilled for the period correct Redfield scope mount. A period correct Weaver scope is included with the sale (not pictured) The bore is very nice, as is the original bluing on both receiver and barrel. This is a very well maintained gun. This could be a once in a lifetime opportunity to add a Model 70 in this configuration to your collection. Don't miss your chance. This carbine is rare on its own, and the fact that it was manufactured during the height of WWII in such an odd configuration makes it an irreplaceable investment. $17,995 shipped credit/debit plus 3%, checks, and wire transfers. Cash also accepted.
