Pre 64 Winchester 70 30-06 1951 Excellent

Description:
Early post war '06 with desirable solid bolt knob and low comb stock. Has the correct 22g/elevator rear sight, hooded front sight and good swivels. 24" Barrel. Excellent mechanically with bright shiny bore.
S/N 200*** Mfg. 1951. Matching S/N is correctly etched onto bolt body.
The metal is in 98% condition including nearly perfect bottom metal and butt plate.
Wood shows a bit more wear at 96-97% with typical minor marks but is 100% original.
This is a very nice rifle ready to shoot or collect.
