Description: ***SOLD*** Exceptional example of a Model 70 standard rifle in wonderful 257 Roberts caliber. This is a somewhat scarce and very desirable caliber due to its high performance relative to very light recoil. S/N 170*** with matching scribed bolt made in 1951. Classic early features include a straight comb stock, and a 22g rear sight w/ correct 4 step elevator. Excellent original condition throughout showing 99% Blue, 97-98% Varnish. The insides look new. 24" barrel. Bore and mechanical functions are also excellent. Please add $100 for expedited and fully insured shipping from Alaska to your receiving FFL dealer.
