Description: ***SOLD*** Excellent example of the exceedingly scarce 358 Featherweight Model 70. There were only about 2000 of these ever made and many were recalled, leaving even fewer in circulation. S/N 357*** with matching scribed bolt made in 1955. The metal components are about flawless, showing 99% original finishes, including the fragile aluminum componets of floorplate, trigger guard, and buttplate. Wood is similar, showing only a few light handling marks, about 98%. This rifle is correctly configured with a low comb stock, 22K rear sight, and positively genuine caliber stamp. Bore is minty, as are the mechanical functions. You won't see many like this one!
