S/N 46*** with matching scribed bolt made in 1942. 97-98% original finishes throughout with only light wear. Beautiful wood on this Model 70! Undrilled rear receiver bridge! Factory issued Lyman 48 receiver sight with all matching component numbers. There has never been a 22g rear sight mounted as evidenced by the lack of elevator track on top of the barrel. 24" barrel with perfect bore. Mechanics are flawless as well, butter smooth and crisp in typical Pre War fashion. A great rifle that is getting harder and harder to find.
