Pre War Pre 64 Winchester Model 70 .30 GOV"T. '06 Early excellent original!

Highly desirable Pre War Model 70 30-06 in excellent original condition.
S/N 21505 with matching scribed bolt made in 1939.
This beautiful rifle remains in exceptional condition for its 86 years, retaining all original finishes at about 97% condition overall.
There is one small scrape on the barrel, along with some scattered light scuffs, and a few light impressions in the wood. The rear receiver bridge remains correctly undrilled!
The inner surfaces and barrel channel look very clean with no bedding or alterations of any kind. There are no cracks inside or out on this rifle.
24" standard weight barrel with minty bore. All mechanical functions are typically flawless as well.
All correct components throughout such as proper sights, 4 step elevator, hood, swivels, etc.
A very fine example of a completely unaltered and scarce Pre War 70.
