PRE-WWII WINCHESTER MODEL 70 RIFLE CHAMBERED IN 375 H&H MAGNUM
Description:
25 inch barrel, receiver, magazine floor plate and trigger guard retain about all professional re-blue. The bore is excellent, bright and shiny with decent rifling. Sights include bead on ramp front with hood removed, a 2 leaf folding rear and a Williams “Foolproof” receiver mount aperture sight. Comes with scope blocks in place. The bolt is numbered to match. The checkered walnut pistol grip stock was also freshened up with a coat of finish, now showing light wear and handling marks. Features a red rubber butt pad and original sling swivels. Manufactured in 1939.
