This rifle started out as a Euro rifle of some unknown caliber. Was converted to a .300 H&H using a pre64 barrel.
So the reason its listed as a Model 70 Pre-64 is due to the barrel. Yes it is a Mauser Action rifle though.
Has a full length stock, with ebony or bone for the tip and for
the pistol grip. Nice walnut, very nice engraving, with double set triggers.
