I am offering this model 70 standard grade rifle in 300 H&H magnums. This rifle is in as new condition. Caliber 300 H&H magnum, serial # 245956, made in 1953, condition as new no marks on wood or metal, barrel length 24 inches, looks to be un-fired, numbers on bolt and receiver match. This beautiful all original model 70 made in 1953 is truly a collector grade rifle. This rifle looks to be un-fired. The 300 H&H magnum is also a collectors poplar caliber. There are no marks on the wood or metal on this rifle. It is in as new condition. Look closely at the pictures they speak for themselves.

Return Policy:  All firearms come with a 3 day non firing, no tinkering with (turning screws, taking apart, removing parts, scoping, firing, cleaning or altering in any way)
The firearm may be returned for any reason, buy the buyer must notify the seller within three (3) calendar day inspection period. 
The buyer must start the return within the next four (4) calendar days to receive a complete refund, less all shipping, transaction fees and FFL charges.  On a return, the buyer must not remove the firearm from the FFL premises without approval of the seller.  Once the firearm has been received by the seller and inspected, a prompt refund will be issued.  Shipping must start within one week of receipt of the item.  The return shipping must be of equal shipping level, including insurance.  The return item MUST be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer.  This is an inspection period only, a gun is not to be fired or disassembled.  Sellers written permission is required to allow the buyer to take down a takedown model during the inspection period.  Upon the receipt and inspection of the returned gun, the seller agrees to issue a prompt refund.
