Description: Winchester Model 70 Pre-64 Standardweight 24" Barrel 7lbs 13oz 13 1/2" LOP Mfg.1950 Original sling swivels. Rear sight is not original. Front sight is missing the hood. Metal is in very good condition, with normal wear, rubs, dings, scuffs and a couple of spots of corrosion. Wood is in good condition as repaired, with nicks ,scratches and dents. The stock has been broken through the action area, and has been professionally repaired, it is a good job and is solid, but it is visible, but does not look terrible, (see pic's #24-25). Bore is bright with strong rifling.
