I am offering this Winchester model 70 super grade rifle in 257 Roberts it is in 99% plus condition. Caliber 257 Roberts, Serial # 108212, Made in 1949, Barrel 24 inches, Condition the wood is 99% plus and the metal is 99% plus. No marks that I can see on this gun. This rifle is very close to as new condition. The numbers match on bolt and receiver. This Winchester model 70 super grade in 257 Roberts caliber is in fabulous condition. This rifle is very close to as new condition. I don’t see any marks on this rifle. The 257 Roberts is a very collector caliber especially in this condition. Check the pictures closely on this rifle.

The firearm may be returned for any reason, buy the buyer must notify the seller within three (3) calendar day inspection period. 
The buyer must start the return within the next four (4) calendar days to receive a complete refund, less all shipping, transaction fees and FFL charges.  On a return, the buyer must not remove the firearm from the FFL premises without approval of the seller.  Once the firearm has been received by the seller and inspected, a prompt refund will be issued.  Shipping must start within one week of receipt of the item.  The return shipping must be of equal shipping level, including insurance.  The return item MUST be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer.  This is an inspection period only, a gun is not to be fired or disassembled.  Sellers written permission is required to allow the buyer to take down a takedown model during the inspection period.  Upon the receipt and inspection of the returned gun, the seller agrees to issue a prompt refund.
