Description: Winchester Model 70 Standardweight Pre-64 .30-06 Springfield 24" Barrel Walnut Stock Red Ventilated pad has been added. L.O.P. 13" to end of wood, 14" to pad. 8lbs 15oz with scope. Mfg. 1954 Bushnell Sportview 3-9x32 scope. Wood is in very good overall condition, with scuffs, scrapes, scratches and dents. Stock has been bedded and floated and forearm screw eliminated. A brass shield has been installed to cover the screw hole. Metal is in very good overall condition, with normal bluing wear and scuffs, scrapes and scratches. Sights and sling swivels are original to the gun. The front sight hood is missing. Bore is bright with strong rifling. Scope is clear and appears to be in good working order. Mounts appear to be Weaver bases with Bushnell rings.
