Up for sale I have a Pre War Winchester Model 70 chambered in 22 Hornet that is 100% new in its box. This rifle has the nicest wood that I've ever seen on a standard model 70 and better than 90% of the supergrades that I've seen. The end label is stamped "Special" and I'm guessing that's why. The shipping box from Winchester is included and has a very old label on it where it was shipped Railway Express. Model 70s like this and the 9mm I'm selling don't come to the market for sale and once they are bought, they go into a collection for another 50+ years.
