This is a very rare, hard to find model 70 there were only 438 375's made up to WWII and starting in 1939 Win started to use the 25" barrel they used through out production , back then this was a gun going to Alaska or Africa and they got used a lot also the custom gun makers of the day used win magnum actions when they came out because the whole gun (model 70) was 4x cheaper than a Brevix magnum Mauser action, so there are very few of these left in any condition, this was built in '37 24" straight taper barrel and it has the original blue and wood finish, the bore is great and its works perfect, it has a Lyman 57 receiver sight that goes over the wood on the stock, This will make a great one to hunt with , Must send to FFL or C&R
