This is a great piece of history here! Nice collectors piece that will continue to rise in value.
Comes with the original hang tag & instructions
The "Gopher Specials" were ordered by Gopher Shooter Supply straight from Winchester with no sights, and only for a few years prior to 1962.
Beautiful wood stock with great wood grain.
Stock is in excellent condition and is free of cracks
Bluing is in great condition, with most remaining.
A few scattered small spots of loss.
Bore is in great condition, bright, with good strong rifling.
Gun functions correctly, it is mechanically sound.
