Winchester Pre 64 Model 88 in 284 Caliber
Description: Very Rare Winchester Model 88 in 284 Winchester Caliber. Serial # 1524xxA. 1963 Production. These are the Scarest 88's built by Winchester. Built for less than 6 months in 1963. Metal retains an honest 99% Original Finish with only 2 very minor marks in the Blue ( Pictured). The magazine has more blue wear than any area on the gun. Magazine also marked 284 ( Been in and out of the gun so many times it shows more wear than the rest of the metal). ( See Photo ). Wood retains 99% Original Finish. Checkering is sharp, does have some flat spots on the upper right side of the pistol grip. (Also pictured ). This is a Minty Gun Overall.
