One of the most iconic lever action rifles, the Winchester 1894 has remained a staple in many collectors' safes and cabinets. The rifle has had an impressive list of special limited editions in its history, to include the Wrangler, chambered in .32 Winchester Special. The 94 Wrangler was only sold from 1983-1984 with reports saying less than 8000 were ever produced during that time. This actual rifle's serial dates it to 1982, per Winchester factory documents—thus making this rifle one of the earlier production rifles of the limited line. Adding to its collector value, the rifle is actually in unfired condition, with the original Winchester product tag and stock sticker attached. The Wrangler features ornate Western-style engravings on either side of the receiver: a gold miner pans for gold on the right, while a covered wagon train travels west on the left side. The rifle is fitted with an adjustable rear sight with elevator and front blade sight. The rifle is set up as a handy carbine for horseback, with a short 16" barrel, saddle ring, straight grip stock, large loop lever, and 5-round capacity. In addition to the impressive aesthetics of this rifle, the walnut stock also has some quilted figuring on the left side of the stock. While this rifle is in unfired condition, it unfortunately does not include any of the original paperwork beyond the attached tag or any packaging or case. .32 Winchester Special
