WINCHESTER MODEL 94 AE, 307 WIN, BIG BORE

Lightly Used WINCHESTER Model 94 AE "BIG BORE" chambered in .307 Winchester, made in 1994. This 94 is called the "Big Bore" because it is chambered in the powerful 307 Winchester caliber. There were two other Big Bore calibers, the 356 Winchester and the 375 Winchester. The original owner had all three, I have them now, and this 307 is the first one that I am listing for sale. They are called "Big Bore" because the frame is beefed up to handle higher pressure and more powerful cartridges.
When I bought the 3 rifles, this rifle had Weaver scope bases installed but no scope. I removed the bases, but they will be included in the sale. The rifle looks nearly perfect, and the photos are of the actual rifle for sale. The only flaw that stands out is a small scrape in the forend wood near the barrel logo that is clearly emphasized in the photos. A hammer extension has been installed. The action cycles smoothly and locks up tight. The bore appears as new, shiny with sharp riflings. It has a cross bolt safety. It feels like it would be a light and fast handling rifle for hunting most North American game. The 307s are somewhat rare, and ammo can be hard to find, (try Ammoseek) but if you handload it will not be a problem. Please call if you have questions.

PAYMENT - I can accept Zelle, cashier’s checks, bank checks, or personal checks (pending verification of funds), or money orders. When payment is made via Zelle, I can ship almost immediately after receipt and confirmation.
My FFL dealer (Dixie Gun & Fish, St George, Utah, 435-674-4008) securely packs and ships each firearm, following all firearms laws, and will include a signed copy of their FFL with each firearm shipped. There will be No private sales on firearms!

SAFETY WARNING- Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a used gun is safe to shoot. The firearms offered may or may not have been test fired, and some have been only visually inspected. It is a requirement that every used firearm is inspected by a qualified gunsmith before firing. The buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise.

RETURN POLICY- All firearms (Except Layaways) come with a 3-day non firing, no-tinkering with (turning screws, taking apart, removing parts, scoping. firing, cleaning or altering in any way) inspection/return privilege. Inspection is based on a visual review of the firearm to confirm that it is in the condition stated. In the case of a return, the buyer pays all shipping charges both ways. Please ask questions.
Return Policy Guidelines of GunsInternational  Unless the buyer and seller agree to modify, as may be the case in a new gun, layaway, international sales and for used guns and accessories it must be clearly marked in the listing as No Return, the return policy is three (3) calendar days from the day the item(s) are received by the buyer or delivered to the FFL acting for the buyer.   The item may be returned for any reason, but the buyer must notify the seller within the three (3) calendar day inspection period.  The buyer must start the return within the next four (4) calendar days to receive a complete refund, less all shipping, transaction fees and FFL charges.  On a return the buyer must not remove the firearm from the FFL premises without approval of the seller.  Once the firearm has been received by the seller and inspected a prompt refund will be issued.  Shipping must start within one week of receipt of the item(s).  The return shipping must be of equal shipping level, including insurance i.e... Priority, Express, Blue Label etc.  The return item MUST be in the same condition as when shipped to the buyer.  This is an inspection period only, a gun is not to be fired or disassembled.  Sellers written permission is required to allow the buyer to take down a takedown model during the inspection period. Upon the receipt and inspection of the returned gun, the seller agrees to issue a prompt refund. Recommendation: Confirm purchase with all details via the Contact Seller form within the listing and print out the listing for your records. Industry standard is that if a buyer fails to perform on a layaway that any monies deposited are forfeited.  GunsInternational recommends all layaways are agreed in writing. Any modification of the 3 day return policy must be in writing by both buyer and seller.
