FIRST YEAR WINCHESTER DELUXE MODEL 1905 S.L. SEMI-AUTO RIFLE IN 32 CAL

Description:
22 inch round barrel chambered in 32 Self Loading caliber with a bright shiny near excellent bore. Most all original barrel blue remains with areas of fading and freckling. Original open sights include a combination front and sporting rear. Rifle would have originally been factory fitted with a tang sight as well as per the research form. Receiver was cleaned at some point with evidence of older oxidation under the added blued finish. Bolt has a good amount of blue finish. 5 shot box magazine. Deluxe checkered fancy walnut pistolgrip stock is in very good condition with sharp checkering and a hard rubber shotgun buttplate. Winchester hard rubber shotgun style butt plate. Aftermarket sling swivels have been added. Nice functioning action. About 29,113 manufactured between 1905-1920. This one was very early in the production with the serial number 119 being applied on June 05, 1905. Comes with Cody Firearms Research Form.
