Winchester Model 63 fitted with a 23 inch barrel, standard rifle open sights, 10 shot loading tube in the stock which requires loading through ride side of stock, walnut forearm, walnut pistol grip stock with steel butt-plate, is blue finished, and chambered in .22 Long R. -Super Speed & Super-X. There were aproximately 174,692 Model 63's made from 1933 to 1958. This 1940 vintage Model 63 is in very good condition, retaining 30% of its original blue finish. The forearm appears to having been lightly sanded and refinished and retains most of that refinish with assorted minor handling marks. The stock also appears to having been lightly sanded and refinished and retains most of its refinish with assorted minor handling marks and a 3/4 inch long hairline crack behing the upper tang.
