.25-20SS, #102998, 28 inch #2, 1/2 round/1/2 octagon barrel, blue finish, walnut stock with schutzen butt plate, walnut forearm, Marble tang sight, barrel dove tail plugged, Lyman combination folding front sight, set trigger, letter shows a 30 inch #3 octagon barrel in .32-40 but rifle was sent back to the factory in 1908 for "repair and return",1906.

Condition: very good bore, 98% barrel and receiver blue, excellent wood, excellent mechanically, excellent marks.
