The XPR rifle features a Nickel Teflon coated bolt crafted from chrome-moly steel bar stock along with a solid steel receiver for added strength and durability. Disassembly is made easy with the addition of bolt unlock button and a detachable magazine that also allows for easy loading and unloading. Winchester‚s M.O.A. trigger system provides users with excellent feedback and response, and is paired with a free-floated barrel to maximize accuracy.

The Sporter series features a close-grained Grade I Walnut stock with crisp checkering on the grip and forearm along with a patented Perma-cote matte black finish on the metal surfaces to minimize glare. The flattened forearm improves stability from sandbags or a bench rest and is paired with an Inflex recoil pad to help reduce felt recoil. This model is chambered in .300 Winchester Short Magnum and features a 24-inch barrel. One 3-round magazine is included.
