Winchester Model 1894 30 W.C.F. Takedown
Description: Winchester Model 1894 Takedown in 30 W.C.F. with a 1910 serial number, 565,XXX. The 26" octagon barrel has an excellent bore. Special order features include, Takedown, Half mag, and three leaf Winchester "Express" rear sight.This is an excellent piece with no rust, pitting, or corrosion. Receiver blue remains at 75%, barrel blue at 90%, minimal traces of case color on lever, floorplate, hammer, and crescent butt. Both buttstock and forend are completely solid with dents and dings as photographed. I believe the stock has had a light coat of oil applied but definitely never sanded. Overall this is a very nice vintage Winchester in used but never abused condition and with an excellent bore, Weight is 7lb 15oz. LOP is 13" to center of crescent butt. SOLD |
