Description:
This Model 1894 Winchester Saddle Ring Carbine, Serial No. 960807, was made in 1925, in 38-55 caliber. The wood and finish are all original with minimal wear and handling marks. The barrel and magazine tube have 90% original blued finish with minor wear thinning on right side, probably from use in a scabbard. The receiver finish shows normal wear, particularly around the loading port and usual carrying areas. The bore is excellent, bright and shiney, with prominent rifling.
