Description:
The Model 42 was essentially a scaled down Model 12, and it was the first pump action gun made specifically for the .410 shell. It was marketed by Winchester as "Everybody's Sweetheart" and as "The Greatest Little Shotgun in the World". It became popular for its sleek looks, light weight, and easy handling. They were produced between 1933 and 1963. This particular one, a Skeet Grade as far as we can tell from our research, was shipped in 1948 according to the serial number. It's in great shape and was obviously well cared for by its previous owner. No box or case is included. 410 Bore
