The hollow ground lade remains usharpened, retains all of its polished mirror finish and is marked with oval

The brass guard has an attractive filework faceted front and the scales are lovely polished warthog tusk and gree malachite with red liner each fastened three small bright pins and are separated from the guard by thin brass and red spacers. The wrthog scales show thin drying check and there is a thin vertical crack across the obverse malachite scale. Included is a hinged imbuia presentation case, open throat buffalo hide sheath and certificate of authenticity. The interior of the case shows light staining and a large spost of wear in the lower right corner.
