American Arms ~ Derby SXS ~ 28 Gauge ~ In hard case

Description:
This is a nice little American Arms Derby 28 gauge shotgun with a single steel bead sight on the solid, matte rib barrels. The barrels have 2 3/4 inch chambers and choked MOD and IC. The receiver and lock plates are vibrantly casehardened with tight detailed floral scroll engraving covering nearly 90% of the surface as well as the blued break lever and trigger guard. Mounted on a straight grain, checkered walnut splinter forearm, and straight grip stock with a blank initial oval and checkered naked butt. Length of pull is 14 1/2 inches. 28 Gauge

Chambers: 2 3/4 inch side x side with ejectors.
Metal Condition: Excellent overall with 95% plus original blue and casehardened finishes. The barrels have some very small areas of light scratching and edge wear. The receiver has a small amount of silvering at the edges of the lock plates.
Wood Condition: The wood is excellent, with some scattered light handling marks and minimal indentations.
Bore Condition: Bright and shiny.
Barrels: 26 inch blue with a file cut rib.
Triggers: Double triggers.
Stock Dimensions:
14 1/2 inch LOP to the front trigger.
Fore End: Splinter style checkered walnut.
Butt Pad: Checkered butt.
Weight: 6 Lbs 2 Oz.
Sights: Single silver color front bead.
Chokes: Fixed MOD and IC.
