Description: Allen & Wheelock Fowler 20Ga. B.P. Shotgun. Mfg. in the 1840's- 1850's. LOP 13 7/8". 36" barrel with a good bore. Both the metal and wood are in very good condition for their age. There are a couple of indentations on the bottom of the stock which the pictures show. Believed to be less than 100 produced. Allen & Wheelock prototype lock mechanism. Ramrod is most likely an old replacement. Weight 5.1 lbs. This is an antique and requires no FFL to purchase.
